Our Founder’s Background:
D. Wendal’s career started in architecture working on commercial property design and development in northwest St. Louis
Following extended assignments with the United States Air Force and American Forces Radio and Television in Thailand and West Germany, he studied Broadcast Production and Marketing at Western Kentucky University.
His broadcast career continued with three ABC-TV affiliates, ESPN and KTUL Productions, producing and directing commercials and live remote sports.
Transitioning to the agency side of marketing, D. Wendal served as a senior officer working with commercial real estate developers with properties in Niagara Falls, Detroit, Chattanooga, and residential developers, builders and real estate agencies in Colorado Springs.
Other career highlights included directing the advertising and marketing initiatives for the Fortune 250 energy conglomerate, Florida Power Corporation. He is the author of 3 books on branding and a frequent keynote speaker.
He has a passionate intrigue for the psychology of the consumer and using an industry leading range of visual media, to help real estate related professionals convert their prospects’ initial interest into buying decisions. In short: — Accentuate It!
