HDR or High Dynamic Range makes the photos in your listings more appealing than those of your competitors. In a nutshell, shooting in HDR gives us the opportunity to balance the light and dark areas, make window views more realistic and accentuate details that normal photography simply cannot — making your properties more attractive to potential buyers.

The Federal Aviation Administration has mandated that anyone making money with or in support of a commercial enterprise using a drone is required to have a PART 107 Commercial Drone Pilot’s License. We do, and we are commercially insured as well. We communicate with air traffic controllers and obtain clearance to fly before we launch to ensure the safety of your clients and their neighbors. Our approach to drone photography has your prospect in mind. Rather than wild drone action, hyper-zooms or acrobatic maneuvers, our clients appreciate that prospects want enough time to digest the parameters of the property including the buildings and the immediate surroundings. To honor other residents in a given neighborhood, we fly above the height of trees or other tall obstacles close to property lines to avoid conflict and any potential accidents. Drone shots of a property typically involve no more than 15 minutes of airborne activity.

Whether the room is empty or full of furniture that doesn’t show well, we can fix it! No need to hire an expensive interior designer or a staging company to put the right furnishings in place, never-mind the delay in marketing your listing quickly.
